Cermaq Canada, which farms Atlantic salmon in 28 sea sites on the west and east coasts of Vancouver Island, operates four land-based hatcheries and two processing plants is expanding its Sustainability team with a new position for Community Partnership Coordinator.
The Community Partnership Coordinator would report to the Sustainable Development Director in its Campbell River Office.
The mission would be to advocate for communities, with a focus on First Nations.
The role is to support Cermaq’s commitment to development in alignment with the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals framework.
