BC Mussels dish by Chef St. Pierre Locals Restaurant

BC mussels are sweet and succulent, fresh as the ocean, and grown with love and passion.

Chef Ronald St. Pierre’s menu showcases local foods from Vancouver Island producers.

“We are very excited that Locals Restaurant has, for the second time been awarded Level 3 L.E.A.F. Certification; Leaders in Environmentally Aware Food Service.”

The chef is a huge proponent of British Columbia’s products including salmon, clams, prawns, oysters  and mussels.
