Chef Tim Ho at the BC Seafood Festival

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Chef Tim Ho is a professional culinary veteran with over 25 years of experience. The chef started his career in 1993 as a Kitchen Helper in City Garden Hotel in Hong Kong.

Chef Tim Ho was then promoted to Senior Cook, Kitchen Section Head and subsequently Sous Chef, where he gained valuable experiences in the main kitchens and cold kitchens across various hotel outlets and fine-dining restaurants.

Chef Tim Ho joined The Langham, Hong Kong, where he oversees the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, The Food Gallery . Chef Ho is responsible for daily operation, menu creation, food promotion planning, hygiene control and kitchen team management.

Chef Tim has recently been promoted as the Chef de Cuisine in 2018.
