YouTube’s No Hippie BBQ Salmon Recipe

This salmon recipe by No Hippie BBQ and Cooking is a dish that is healthy, easy to make, and absolutely delicious. Go ahead and try it today!

The nutritional and health benefits of fish and seafood are never in dispute. It’s low in saturated fat, high in omega-3s, an important source of Vitamins D and B12 and high in essential minerals such as calcium, iron, zinc, copper, and iodine, and it’s a sustainable source of protein.

“This Garlic And Herb Marinated Salmon Recipe is a definite winner. While I used Salmon in this recipe, almost any fish would work with this marinade. The Marinated Cherry Tomatoes did a great job to brighten this recipe. If you are looking for an easy Salmon Recipe, give this recipe a try and let me know what you think,” No Hippie BBQ and Cooking.

Ingredients For Garlic And Herb Marinated Salmon:

Cedar Plank Optional
Salmon Fillets Cut Into 4 to 6 Ounce Portions
3/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
3 Tbsp Homey
6 Minced Garlic Cloves
Chopped Basil (handful)
3 Tbsp Chopped Flat Leaf Parsley
3 Tbsp Chopped Rosemary
1 Tbsp Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Black Pepper Optional
Marinated Cherry Tomatoes: 1 Pound Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
1/3 Remaining Marinade from above Recipe

NOTE: 1/2 Small Red Onion Chopped (not in video but suggested) I would suggest not letting the fish marinate longer than an hour due to lemon juice being an ingredient in this recipe. Lemon juice can start cooking the fish if it marinates too long.
